Keep your credentials safe. We can change services at any time. 2. Donations All donations are voluntary and processed through secure gateways. Platform / gateway fees may apply. Verify campaigns before donating. ApkiAsha is a technology platform — we do not guarantee campaign success. 3. User Content Your content must be accurate, owned by you or licensed, and lawful. We may remove misleading, offensive or illegal content. 4. Third-Party Links We are not responsible for external websites linked from our platform. 5. Changes to Terms Updated terms take effect on publication. 6. Donation Allocation Funds are transferred to campaigns after verification and applicable deductions. Creators alone are responsible for using funds for the stated purpose. 7. Crowdfunding Policy Creators must provide genuine info, upload authentic documents, use funds only for declared purpose, and cooperate during verification. We may remove campaigns that contain false info or break the law. 8. Refunds Donations are generally non-refundable. We may consider refunds for duplicated payment, failed transaction, technical error or confirmed fraud. 9. Privacy Governed by our Privacy Policy. 10.
