Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 26 June 2026
Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered if:
- The transaction was duplicated.
- Payment was deducted but donation not received.
- A technical error occurred.
- Fraudulent activity is confirmed.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–15 business days via the original payment method.
Campaign Cancellation
Creators may cancel before withdrawing funds. We can suspend campaigns that violate our policies. Pending donations may be refunded where feasible.
How to Request
Email contact@apkiasha.com with transaction ID, donation date, donor name, campaign name and reason. We respond within 2 business days.
