Return Policy

ApkiAsha is primarily a donation platform. When campaigns offer merchandise:

• Returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging.
• Refund/replacement is at the campaign creator's discretion.
• Digital, perishable and personalised items are non-returnable.
